Description

UL4-20 is an ultraviolet emitting lamp to be adopted in conjunction to ink jet printing systems where UV sensitive inks are used

The ultraviolet light cures the ink and dries it fast directly on the printed surface.

3 operating modes allows an easy and simple integration to any printing system.

• Direct activation by external photocell
• PWM input to adjust the emitted power from 0 to 100%
• PWM input to adjust the emitted power from 0 to 100% together with safety inter-lock

The air cooling is switched on and off according to a temperature sensor to avoid air circulation when not needed and thus reducing air filter clogging.

The alarm relay output informs of any overheating.

ECO-Friendly: UL4-20 is based on LED technology thus reducing power consumption as compared to traditional UV bulb lamps.

Prompt switching on and off times allows the lamp to be activated only when required withtout the need to keep it always on.

Long life: LED-based technology is not deteriorated by the time and lasts for a very long life. The switching-on-when-required operating mode makes its life further longer. In case of replacement, only the faulty LED module can be easily replaced after removing two screws.

Limited dimensions: This compact device can easily be integrated in every production line.

Further customisation with set-up and diagnostic can be archived by means of the serial RS485 data line.
